K-MUG is one of the largest and most experience technical community in India with more than 2 decades of experience in IT Industry, based in Kerala. The community is built by passionate people who has experience spanning in almost all areas of IT Industry. Our collective expertise spans from Web technologies to Desktop technology to Mobile technology to Cloud computing to Extended Reality (AR/VR/MR). We have been here since 2000 and is one of the pioneers in technology community in India.
Microsoft recognised the efforts made in building the community by selecting K-MUG as the Best Developer User group for Tier 2 cities as part of the Community Impact Awards for 2010.
We regularly conducts events across Kerala (Kochi & Trivandrum) targeting both professionals and students. We have tailor made programs to empower all audience. There is a good chance that you might have met a K-MUG crew if you are working in Kerala.

Technology Nomads
There were different groups across Kerala - Trivandum MUG, Calicut MUG, Sharepoint UG all travelling in same route pursuing the same purpose.

Foundation Day
K-MUG came into existence in 2008 at Kozhikode with merger of all user groups in Kerala like Trivandrum MUG, Calicut MUG.

Community Impact Award
K-MUG received the Best Developer User Group in India award as part of the Microsoft Community Impact Awards 2010 from Microsoft on April 29, 2010.
